How long do I have before making a return and which items can I return for a refund?

You can return an item for a refund within 7 days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

Who pays the shipping cost on returns?

We will provide you with a return shipping label. Once the item is received in resellable condition, we will issue you a refund for the full amount of the item less the return shipping cost.
